Welcome to the X World Wallet Referral Program! 

Introduction 

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the X World Wallet Referral Program (the “Referral Program” or “Program”). Please read them carefully. Your participation in the Referral Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. The Referral Program is organized by Ouro International, Inc (“Ouro”) which provides certain services related to the X World Wallet account (“Account”). 

Definitions 

Capitalized terms defined herein shall have the meanings as used in this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set out in the X World Wallet Account Agreement. 

The Details

1. To participate in the Referral Program, you must (i) have an Account in good standing; and (ii) use the “Invite Friends” feature in the X World Wallet Account Center to send a referral link to a friend or family member (the “Referred Party”) who does not currently have an Account. 
2. Subject to these Terms, you and the Referred Party will each receive 5,000 X Points (the “Referral Bonus”). 
3. A “Referral” means any person who (i) opens a new X World Wallet account (“Referral Account”) utilizing the referral link provided by you; (ii) successfully meets the registration and identity verification requirements in the X World Wallet Terms and Conditions (“Eligibility Requirements”); and (iii) completes at least One Hundred ($100 USD) US Dollars in spend from the Referral Account during the first ninety (90) days after the Referral Account is created (collectively, the “Qualifying Activities”). ATM withdrawals, ACH debits, and sending money to other accounts are not considered as “spend” for requirement (iii) above. 
4. Should the Referred Party satisfy all of the Qualifying Activities as described in Paragraph 3 above, Ouro shall notify you and the Referred Party that all Referral Program conditions have been satisfied and credit both your Account and the Referred Party’s Account each with the 5,000 X Points Referral Bonus. 
5. Please only provide referral links or any communication relating to this Referral Program to friends and family who you are reasonably certain would consent, meet the Eligibility Requirements, and will be happy to receive them. Do not share a referral link with people you do not know. You may have an unlimited number of Referred Parties. 
6. Prohibited Activities. By participating in this Referral Program, you and your Referred Party(s) warrant and represent that each will NOT: 

1. activate multiple Accounts, use any false or stolen information to create an Account or register an Account on behalf of another person; or 
2. permit or instigate any third-parties to publish your referral link on their websites, social media or other marketing materials; or 
3. share through any form or medium a referral link with people you do not know or publicly post the referral link; or 
4. offer, without the express written authorization of Ouro, any type of incentive to prospective Referred Parties to promote the activation of a X World Wallet Account; or 
5. engage in any deceptive or fraudulent activity (which is determined at Ouro’s sole discretion); or 
6. send or instigate others to send by any electronic means unsolicited communications for marketing purposes relating to the Referral Program, X World Wallet, or Ouro; or 
7. use any automated means for sending referral link(s) or generating Account activations; or 
8. engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations, or the agreements that govern the Account; or 
9. use the Referral Program for commercial purposes.

1. Ouro has the right to analyze and investigate all Referral Program-related activities. If Ouro, at its sole discretion, believes that you or any of your Referred Parties or any third party (collectively, “Affected Parties”) has engaged in any activity related to your or a Referred Party’s Account that Ouro believes is fraudulent or abusive or violates these Terms, Ouro may take remedial action against the Affected Parties, individually or collectively, (i) by Ouro reversing any Referral Bonus that may have been credited; (ii) suspending or terminating participation in the Referral Program, suspending or closing Accounts, or take any other action that Ouro deems reasonable, including the assessment of a Ten ($10 USD) US Dollar bonus Ouro reversal fee per Referral Bonus award that was deemed to be the result of deceptive or fraudulent activity. 
2. Ouro offers the Referral Program as a courtesy. This Referral Program does not create any legally enforceable obligations on the part of Ouro. 
3. Ouro reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time and without any prior notice. Any modification to the Referral Program will be posted at xworldwallet.com and will be in effect immediately upon time of posting. If we terminate the Referral Program, we will continue to provide the Referral Bonus if a Referred Party completes all of the Qualifying Activities within thirty (30) days after Program termination. This thirty (30) day period does not apply to activities that are prohibited. 
4. Ouro will not collect any information about your referred friends until they seek to activate an Account. We will process personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policies.
