The X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account is a multi-currency, prepaid, spending account. It enables you to:
- Receive payments from LATAM related to travel expenses, reimbursements, per diems and other payments that LATAM wishes to make.
- Make purchases and access ATMs worldwide, wherever Mastercard cards are accepted.
- Gain control and potentially reduce your travel costs by locking in foreign exchange rates before you travel.
- Avoid any additional fees when you make purchases in the Supported Currency of the country in which you’re traveling.
Is there any time I shouldn’t use my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card?
You can use your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card anywhere Mastercard cards are accepted. Do keep in mind that you will need to have enough of a balance to cover the transaction in order to keep the transaction from being declined. Some merchants such as hotels, cruise lines, car rentals and gas stations may request a pre-authorization in an amount greater than the expected charge. This means a hold will be placed on the requested funds for up to 30 days.
X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Cards cannot be used for purchases related to money transfers, security brokers, and quasi cash. Other merchants that may be restricted are gambling or adult entertainment. The Cards cannot be used in Iran, Sudan, South Sudan, Cuba, Syria, Myanmar, North Korea, Burundi, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Central African Republic, Ukraine, and Venezuela.

How can I activate my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account?
As a recipient of a X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account, you should have received an email with your temporary credentials so that you can activate your account and start receiving your daily expense stipends. If you have not received such email communication, please contact LATAM to check the status of your account.
How long would it take for my card to arrive?
Once your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account has been created by LATAM a Physical Card is ordered automatically. You can expect it to arrive at your registered address by mail within 15 business days. A Virtual Card would be available for you to use immediately after you activate your account. If your Physical Card hasn’t arrived three weeks after your account was created, email Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I see if my card has been ordered?
When your account is created a Physical Card is ordered automatically by the system.You will see the new card populated under the card’s menu option in the Account Center. That card will be labeled “Physical Card,” with the option to activate. You will not be able to activate your card until you receive it.

What is the Account Center?
What is a Currency Wallet?
A Currency Wallet holds funds for one currency. There are five available Currency Wallets in the X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card program.You can find the list of available Currency Wallets here.
What is a Drawdown Order?
This is the order in which the X World Wallet LATAM account pulls funds from your currency wallets if you don’t have available funds in the local currency wallet to which the transaction is being charged.
EXAMPLE OF DRAWDOWN SEQUENCE:
● Wallets available: US$200 EU€100
● If you want to make a purchase for US$250, but you only have US$200 in your US$ Wallet, the transaction will be approved because funds will be drawn from your next available Wallet; in the example here US$ is the top Wallet, then the EU€ Wallet.
● US$200 will be used first, then EU€, at the Applicable Exchange Rate.
● If the Applicable Exchange Rate is US$1 = EU€0.74, then this rate will apply to the US$50 required to complete the transaction i.e. $50 × 0.74 = EU€37. This means that EU€37 will be drawn from your EU€ Wallet and US$50 credited to your US$ Wallet to allow the transaction to be completed.
What is the Applicable Exchange Rate?
The Applicable Exchange Rate applies to any transaction in which Rêv or the Card Network performs a conversion of currencies. This could happen when you transfer between Currency Wallets, make purchases and ATM withdrawals in unsupported currencies or when the X World Wallet LATAM Account uses your drawdown sequence to cover the cost of a transaction. The exchange rate includes a margin and may vary depending on the type and time of the transaction. You may view the exchange rate for any transaction in the Account Center. For some transactions, the Applicable Exchange Rate is determined at the time the transaction posts to the Account, which may be different from the time you made the transaction.
What is a Home Currency?
The home currency is the primary currency of your account and cannot be changed. The primary currency of your account is the US Dollar. Your home currency does not have to be the top wallet in the “drawdown” order you set for your wallets.
What is a Limit?
A limit is a threshold that cannot be exceeded. For example, the Limit called “maximum account balance” is the maximum amount combining all your Currency Wallets that you can keep in your account at any one time.
What are Supported Currencies?
X World Wallet LATAM Corporate program supports holding balances in up to 5 different currencies in the Currency Wallets in your account. Making purchases from funded Supported Currency Wallets (wallets that have a balance) allows you to plan in advance and spend like a local and avoid additional transaction fees. You may also transact in other currencies (referred to as Unsupported Currencies). You can find the list of available supported Currency Wallets here.
What are Unsupported Currencies?
These are currencies for which no Currency Wallet exists. Transactions can still be made with these currencies. However, you won’t be able to exchange or keep a balance on them, and additional fees may apply. Unsupported Currency transactions settle in US Dollar.
What is a Virtual Card?
This card is found within the cards section of your Account Center. It comes with a unique 16-digit card number that is associated with your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account. The Virtual X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card is designed exclusively to provide you with an extra peace of mind when you shop online or over-the-phone. If your active Virtual Card is compromised for instance, you can block it without affecting the other payment cards on your account. Note that you can only have 1 virtual card activated at a time; and you can create a total of up to 10 virtual cards.
With your Virtual Card, you can earn X World Wallet points at the same rate as your primary card for the X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account.
What is a Digital Card?
A Digital Card is an online hosted, digital representation of your plastic card that enables you to make purchases with your device.
A Digital Card can be linked to the same account as the physical card and is integrated into a third-party digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Adding your Card to a third party Digital Payment Service will enable you to access the functionality provided by such Digital Payment Service which may include using your Card to make payments and other transactions where the Digital Payment Service is accepted and accessing other functionality offered by such provider.

What should I do when I receive my new X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card?
- Activate your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card. To do so, login to the Account Center via the mobile app or web. Go to “Cards”, select the relevant card and click “Activate Card’’. Also, click ‘’Reset PIN’’ to set your Personal Identification Number.

How do I add money to my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account?
The only loads this card accepts are those sent by LATAM related to travel expenses, reimbursements, per diems and other payments. If you feel you need more funds or the amount loaded is not correct, please contact your manager.
Can I transfer money from my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account to another X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account holder?
You can transfer funds instantly from your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account to another person’s X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account using the mobile app. Go to ‘More’ section where you can find the ‘Send Money’ functionality.
If the transfer fails, please make sure the recipient has fully set up their account. If the receiving account is not yet activated, the person to person transfer system will not be able to be completed.

How do I get a PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
- To set up your PIN please visit the Account Center, go to the Cards section, select your card and click ‘Reset PIN’.
What do I do if I forget my PIN?
If you forget your PIN, you’ll need to reset it in the Account Center. You can visit the Account Center here.
How can I change my PIN?
You can always change your PIN. To do so, go to the “Cards” section in the Account Center. Select your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card. Then click “Change PIN” and choose your new PIN for that card. Remember that a Virtual Card can only be used online and cannot be used with a PIN.

What are the 5 Supported Currency Wallets?
The 5 Supported Currency Wallets in the program are:
- US Dollar (USD)
- Euro (EUR)
- Great British Pounds (GBP)
- Brazilian Real (BRL)

How do I spend my funds in foreign currencies?
LATAM will load your account in US Dollar, Euro or GBP. Once one of these Currency Wallets is loaded, you can convert your money into any of the other Supported Currencies.
To do this, go to the “Exchange” section of the Account Center. You can then enter the amount you’d like to move from the Currency Wallet where you have received funds into another Supported Currency Wallet. After you enter the amount, click “Request Quote.” You’ll receive a real-time quote that shows you the exchange rate and the amount that would be transferred to the other currency.
If you accept the quote, your money will be moved into your desired Currency Wallet. You can also spend in Unsupported Currencies.
What happens when I visit a country whose currency cannot be stored on my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card?
You can still use your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to transact in Unsupported Currencies. For example, if you are shopping in a country that uses Fijian Dollars, X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card will automatically look to pull funds from your US DollarWallet, and then from any other active wallets, in the Drawdown Order you’ve specified.
This means you can count on your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to allow you to access all of your funds, in any of your Currency Wallets, any time.
How do I change the order in which my Currency Wallets are used?
It’s easy to set the Drawdown Order for your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account in the Account Center. Just log into the X World Wallet LATAM Account Center, go to the “Wallets” section and click on “Prioritize”. Then you can change the automatic currency drawdown order. If you’re transacting in an Unsupported Currency, funds will always be drawn from your US DollarWallet first.
Please note: If you do not set a Drawdown Order, X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account will use a default Drawdown Order.
When I’m traveling abroad, do I need to move funds into the Currency Wallet of that country in order to use X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card?
If you are traveling to a country whose currency is one of the Supported Currencies we recommend that you move your funds to that Currency Wallet in which you will be transacting to avoid paying additional conversion fees.
How do I use my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to make purchases?

Can I use my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to make online purchases? Is it safe?
Absolutely! You can use your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to make purchases online. Online purchases have extra security added and it is required to verify the authenticity of the transaction. In some cases, you can receive a text message with a code or you can be asked to answer a security question. Note that security questions are case sensitive and must be typed exactly as you typed them during the account activation process. If you forgot your security questions, please contact Customer Support to reset them. Please keep in mind that some merchants only accept local cards and not international.
Additionally, you can set up a Virtual X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card. Setting up a Virtual Card is simple: login to your account and head over to the “Cards” section. There you can order a Virtual Card. When you’re not using your Virtual X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card, you can simply block it until the next time you’d like to use it.
If there is no money on my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account, can I use my Card to make a purchase?
X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card acts like a prepaid card, so money needs to be added onto your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account before you can use the Card to make purchases or withdraw cash from an ATM.

What is Dynamic Currency Conversion and how do I avoid it?
Dynamic currency conversion (DCC) allows cardholders to pay for a product or a service in a foreign country using the home currency of the card instead of the local currency. The service provider will do a currency conversion applying their own exchange rate and probably a fee. Therefore purchase or withdrawal could end up being more expensive.
To avoid a DCC is simple; when you are doing a purchase or withdrawing funds at an ATM and you are offered to be charged in your home currency just reject the offer. You may end up paying more for your purchase or withdrawal. Always choose to be charged in the local currency of the country you are in.
Can I use my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card to get cash at ATMs?
Yes, your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card supports cash withdrawals in the local currency at more than 1 million ATMs worldwide that accept Mastercard cards. You will need to ensure that you have sufficient money available in your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account to cover the withdrawal amount plus any ATM fees (if applicable).
Can I withdraw any currency of my choice at an ATM?
No, you can only withdraw the currencies that the ATM dispenses. The ATM will display the different currencies in which it can dispense cash. If the local currency of the ATM is in an Unsupported Currency, the funds you withdraw will be deducted from your US Dollar Currency Wallet.
How much can I withdraw from an ATM each day?
Other than the limit that your account balance imposes, you can learn about your ATM Limits in the X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account Center, which you can access here or via the X World Wallet LATAM Mobile App. Some ATM operators may impose lesser limits. The X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account Limits are in place for your protection.
What is the fee for ATM withdrawals?
Read more about ATM withdrawal fees here. Some ATM operators may charge an additional fee for using their ATM which may or may not be disclosed when you make a withdrawal.
When withdrawing funds at an ATM and it asks which currency to charge you in, what should I answer?
We recommend you to always choose to be charged in the local currency of the country you are in. If you are withdrawing funds in a Brazilian ATM and it asks you if you want to be charged in USD we recommend you to answer no to avoid the ATM to do your currency conversion and charge you an extra fee for it.

How do I reset my online password for my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account?
You can reset your password using your card information and a security question in the X World Wallet app. If you don’t have your card handy, you can also reset your password in the Web Account Center here, click ‘’reset password’’ in the log in screen, find your account using your username, and a validation code will be sent to your verified phone or email address.
How do I change my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate security questions?
For security reasons, you can’t change your security questions in the Account Center. If you don’t remember the answers to your security questions, you’ll need to call Customer Support at the number on the back of your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card.
After verifying your identity over the phone, your X World Wallet LATAM Customer Support Agent will delete the previous questions you had selected. Then you’ll need to login to the Account Center to reset them.
What are X World Wallet LATAM transaction alerts?
Transaction alerts keep you informed of any activity on your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account by email or by notifications on your X World Wallet LATAM Mobile App. Transaction alerts provide you with added X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account security. If you receive an alert for a transaction you don’t recognize, you can report the issue immediately. Further, with every transaction alert, you’ll receive your current balance.
Sign up for free transaction alerts by going to “More” and then “Notifications” in the Account Center.
How much money can I keep in my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account?
The maximum amount of money that you may hold in your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account is determined by the banking rules applicable to this service. What should I do if … my transaction is still pending and it is already posted or canceled?
Certain merchants, such as gas stations and hotels, may place an additional hold on funds to cover anticipated charges, such as incidental charges. In such case, the available balance will be reduced by the amount on hold until the merchant clears the funds and submits the final transaction amount. We cannot clear these funds until we receive written notice from the merchant with whom the original transaction was completed.
What should I do if…. my profile information is incorrect?
If your X World Wallet LATAM Account has been set up with incorrect profile information (first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address) you will need to contact LATAM to update such information as it is not possible to update it via the Account Center
What should I do if… I forgot my password?
You can change your security information (username and password) in the Account Center by going to settings. In case you forgot your password you can also reset it in the Account Center login page.
What should I do if ...my device is unrecognized and requires validation?
Our system is able to remember a device for up to 90 days. This is a security measure that is meant to ensure no unauthorized devices are used to perform account actions of any kind. Whenever a new device is used to login or perform any account actions, validation is required. Simply validating your device again should allow you to proceed normally without any further issues. When you log in again, remember to check the box that says “Remember this device for 90 days” and it should not require you to validate that same device again until those 90 days have expired.
We recommend only checking this box if it’s a device you are familiar with and use on a regular basis.
What should I do if ...I don’t receive all the cash I requested from the ATM?
You may talk to the ATM owner or you may dispute the transaction by downloading the Dispute Resolution Form from the X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account Center, completing all the fields, and emailing it back to the address printed on the form.
What should I do if...I’ve filed a dispute and my funds still aren’t restored to my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account?
We will try to investigate and resolve the dispute as quickly as possible. The Dispute Resolution Process can take up to 90 days from the day the signed Dispute Resolution Form is received and acknowledged. Our Dispute Resolution Team will ensure that you are notified of the progress of your dispute.
What should I do if...there are transactions on my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account which I didn’t make?
If you did not make certain transactions, you should:
- Immediately report your card lost or stolen to prevent further unauthorized use from occurring. You can report a lost or stolen card in the “Card” section of the Account Center. Click on the Card you’d like to cancel and then click “Cancel Card.”
- Download the Dispute Resolution Form, complete all the fields, and email it back to us to the e-mail address printed on the form. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of this form.
What should I do if ...my X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card is not working at a retailer or at an ATM?
If this happens please check that:
- Your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card has been activated. You need to activate your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Card in the Account Center and it needs to be preloaded before you can use it to make purchases or a cash withdrawal.
- You are using the correct PIN code.
- The retailer or ATM accepts Mastercardcards and international cards.
- You have enough funds to cover the transaction.
- Your card is not blocked. If the card is blocked, you can always unblock it by going to the Account Center or by emailing Customer Support. Send your request to: xlatam@xworldwallet.com

What should I do if ...my card is lost or stolen?
Login to your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account Center to cancel the card lost/stolen and order a replacement card. Review the pending and posted transactions on your X World Wallet LATAM Corporate Account, and in the event you identify an unauthorized transaction, download the Dispute Resolution Form , complete it and email it to our Dispute Team. If you are not sure if your card is permanently lost or stolen, you can also place a temporary block on the card which will prevent it from being used.
