Once earned, you may redeem your X points anytime, each time you reach 5,000 points earned, by easily converting them for value into any of the supported currencies on your X World Wallet.

To load money to your X World Wallet account, you can:

1. Credit/Debit Card: You can continue to load funds swiftly using your credit or debit card, ensuring a seamless transaction process. You will be able to use any US-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card to add money to your account. Simply log in, go to “Load,” and click “Card Load” for more information. Funds loaded using this method will appear instantly in your account, but please note that fees may apply.

2. Send Funds FROM your bank: Initiate a bank transfer from your bank’s website or app. Detailed instructions can be found by logging into your account, navigating to “Load,” and selecting “Send from Bank.” Bank Transfers are free, and it typically takes up to two business days for the funds to be available in your X account once we receive them.

3. Direct Deposit: Direct deposit is a convenient option that allows you to link your employer directly to your X World Wallet for receiving your paychecks. To set up direct deposit, please use the Direct Deposit information.
