Rêv México SA de CV (hereinafter referred to as “Rév”) who is responsible for the protection of your personal data; assuming responsibility for its use, handling, storage and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter LFPDPP) and in order to let you know the information regarding the main characteristics of the treatment to which your personal data will be subjected, issues this Privacy Notice.

Transfer of Personal Data

In order to be able to comply with the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, when in Rêv’s opinion it is necessary, the national or international transfer of certain Personal Data of the Holders may be carried out; without the consent of the Holder in favor of third parties, which will be formalized by means of a legal instrument, committing in any case Rêv to ensure compliance with the principles of protection of Personal Data established in the Law and to take the necessary and sufficient measures to guarantee that both the Law and this Privacy Notice are respected at all times by him or the third parties to whom Rêv transfers the Personal Data, assuming the same obligations and/or responsibilities as Rêv.
In this sense, Rêv may transfer your Personal Data, among others, to its subsidiary and affiliated companies, authorities and self-regulatory bodies and/or third-party providers of the services necessary for its proper operation and for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.
The natural or legal persons to whom Rêv transfers your Personal Data will at all times have the same quality of Responsible as Rêv and undertake to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
Rêv may also carry out the transfer of Personal Data without the consent of its clients when it has to comply with any law, court order or requirement of a competent authority.

Right to your data

Revocation of consent for the processing of personal data

To respond to your request Rêv will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date the request was received to respond. If the request is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the previous response was communicated. These terms may be extended only once and for an equal period, when the circumstances of the case warrant it. The delivery of information will proceed after proof of your identity or your legal representative, as appropriate.
If you wish to revoke the consent granted for the processing of Personal Data by a third party to whom Rêv has transferred your personal data, you must inform the third party in writing in the same way.
At the time you revoke the use of your Personal Data, there is a possibility that Rêv will not be able to continue providing its Services or Products.

Acceptance

By making this Privacy Notice available and not expressing any opposition by you, it will be understood that you grant Rêv your consent to carry out the processing of your Personal Data that would have been provided and/or those that due to any of the purposes established in the present provide in the future.

Rêv reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to attend to new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.
